- This unique brightly colored infinity scarf is handmade by textile designer Lynn Reiter Weinberg in her GA. Studio using recycled hand painted cotton and knit fabrics and assorted yarns from her 35 years designing the Silkscapes and LRW Designs clothing collections. It is light and ideal for women who love the look of statement necklaces and fashion scarves, but without the warmth, bulk or weight around their neck. Versatile and perfect for any season and any occasion.
- The back portion of this scarf is made from upcycled hand painted cotton and knit fabrics that are carefully laid out and then sewn together using an overcast stitch to create one side and the other side is poly black lace. Three of the sections have knit fabric with slit cutouts showing hand painted fabric below. Attached to the 2 complimentary fabric sections are 15 colorful assorted hand dyed yarns and ribbons that are 10” long.
- The pieced fabric section reverses to black for added versatility and there are 5 different looks you can create. Simply wrap it around your neck twice or more on either the colorful or black side. You can also fold it in half laying the fabric sections on top of each other and the yarn sections on either end. Then drape it around the neck and put one through the yarn loops.
- Whether you're dressing up a casual ensemble or adding the finishing touch to something special you will add a dash of artistry to your look. Due to the diversity of the yarns and fabrics items will vary slightly in coloration. Color and texture layered side by side make each one of these scarves a one of a kind treasure. It is light enough to wear every season which makes it perfect for travel.
